GALI LEGODI SHINES AT STANDARD BANK TOP WOMEN AWARDS 2022

Exxaro’s young female leaders are on the rise. Gali Legodi, Exxaro’s Strategy and Business Transformation Associate, was awarded second Runner Up in the “Young Achiever” Category at the prestigious Standard Bank Top Women Awards 2022.

The annual awards, which took place at Emperors Palace on 10 November 2022, aims to recognise exceptional women and the contribution they make to their company and industry.

The Top Young Achiever category is hotly contested as it aims to celebrate the outstanding achievements of young, inspiring and innovative women leaders aged 40 and younger, who are seen to “show great potential, excellent business acumen and are passionate about building their company, creating employment and contributing to the economy.”

Fraud and corruption is a crime! And at Exxaro, we make sure crime doesn’t pay. In fact, we have a zero-tolerance policy – whether you’re committing a crime or violating a policy or ordering someone else to, or even helping to hide it.

Our Audit and Assurance Team makes sure that as a company we uphold the highest standards of honesty, integrity and fairness and enforce our zero-tolerance policy. This year alone, the team has taken swift action against fraud and corruption, with 38 disciplinary enquiries against employees, contractors and suppliers caught in the act.

Avoid any activity that gives the appearance of being improper, illegal or could in any way harm or embarrass Exxaro.

Co-operate with all measures that Exxaro may be required to take to comply with the law.
