VACCINATING AGAINST
COVID-19 IS A WIN-WIN
The safety of Exxaro employees is our number one priority. Which is why our goal is for everyone to be fully vaccinated – so that together we can achieve herd immunity and protect our workplace and the communities we operate in.
In support of our vaccination drive and to help encourage everyone to get their shot, business units have been running lucky draws to reward employees who get their vaccines.

Vaccination is our
best shot
If you’re still on the fence, here’s why you should get vaccinated:

Vaccines are our best defence against all forms of the virus

Vaccines are safe and effective

Vaccines reduce the risk of getting and spreading the virus

Vaccines help prevent children and adults from getting seriously ill

EXXARO GETS TOUGH ON FRAUD DURING INTERNATIONAL FRAUD AWARENESS WEEK
Exxaro is taking a firm stand against fraud, actively promoting anti-fraud awareness and education in support of International Fraud Awareness Week.
Fraud costs governments, companies, and individuals billions of Rands in damage globally every year. That’s why Exxaro’s Audit and Assurance department aims to prevent, detect, and investigate accounts of fraud within Exxaro, in line with Exxaro’s zero-tolerance approach to theft, fraud and corruption.
During International Fraud Awareness Week (14 to 20 November), the Audit and Assurance team paid a visit to our various Business Units to promote Fraud Awareness while encouraging each of us and our contractors to report all instances of fraud, corruption, and unethical behaviour.
The impact of fraud is far reaching. By reporting fraud, we not only minimise potential losses to Exxaro, we actively promote a culture of trust, honesty and accountability and a zero-tolerance approach to unethical behaviour.
So, let’s make reporting fraud a priority. Report it don’t support it!
