Festive Berry Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 500ml sparkling water
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Blend the berries with honey or sugar until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture to remove seeds and pour into glasses.
  3. Add ice cubes and top with sparkling water.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!

No-Bake Peppermint Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 200g crushed chocolate cookies
  • 100g cream cheese, softened
  • 200g dark chocolate, melted
  • Crushed candy canes for decoration

Instructions:

  1. Mix the crushed cookies and cream cheese into a smooth dough.
  2. Roll into small balls and freeze for 15 minutes.
  3. Dip each ball into melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.

Spicy Festive Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1kg chicken wings
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken wings in the glaze and arrange them on a baking tray.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
