GGC MINE TOUR GETS UNDERWAY
Grootegeluk Mine has introduced an ongoing tour initiative, giving employees the opportunity to deepen their understanding of our value chain. This programme reinforces #Consistency by familiarising employees with different aspects of the mine’s operations, such as Rail Dispatch, Plant Lookout, and Mojela’s Lookout. These tours empower employees, boosting their confidence and enabling more meaningful contributions to our shared goals.
